Is wellness course available to everyone?
Yes, both men and women are admitted to wellness course. Children under the age of 14 are non admitted.
What do you need to bring?
Only a bathing suit (there are no restrictions about typology), everything else is provided at entrance. In case you shouldn’t have a bathing suit, it can be bought at 8 or 10 € at the reception desk.
Are you open every day including holidays?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year.
How many hours can be spent inside the centre?
You can stay all the time you desire, from opening time till closing time but a couple of hours are enough to enjoy fully our services.
Is there a refreshment bar inside?
Inside our centre you can savour the delicious à la carte suggestions enjoying a light and genuine meal in our Light Cafè.
What does wellness course entry include?
The ticket allows free access to all wellness practices, including some events.
Are there swimming pools?
No there aren’t, but we have several hydromassage pools.
What do you mean by events organized by Wellness Masters?
Our events are scheduled during the day. Some of them are included in the Wellness Course fee, other require an additional fee. Our Wellness Masters guide our guests through differently pointed practices and activities: relax, meditation, purification, regeneration.
Do you suggest massages?
Yes, we do. We also strongly recommed to reserve in advance.
Is it possible to reserve an entry?

Is access to wellness course allowed to bearers of particolar diseases?
Access to wellness course is not allowed to pregnant women and to those who had or still have troubles with heart, blood pressure, breath, those who have recently undergone traumas or surgery or bear significant diseases.
Besides access, of which other treatments can one benefit?
Entry fee includes all wellness practices. Massages, events and Light Cafè are extras.
Are there packages including entry and massage?
Yes, there are. From Monday to Friday you can buy a “Day Spa” package that includes entry and massage.
What do thermal mud baths consist in?
Our Wellness Masters organize beauty events with thermal mud. These handlings permit to take advantage of the cleansing and tonifying effects of thermal mud. There is € 10 additional fee and we advise to reserve in advance.
At what time are guests requested to leave pools?
Exit from pools and from other services is requested 30 minutes before Centre closing time.
